A new and better ON app has been launched
A new and improved ON app has now been launched. With the new app, we take the next step in developing ON's charging service and making our customers' charging experience even better.
Now all ON charging customers need to:
· log into the ON app with electronic ID (rafræn skilríki)
· enter credit/debit card information
This also applies to those who use the ON key. To continue using the ON key, you must have a card registered in the ON app. Those who do not have the app start by downloading it from the App Store or Google Play.
"With the new app, we are laying the foundation for even better service for our customers. We look forward to introducing the app's enhanced features in a new interface. Since this is a major upgrade, payment card information is not transferred, for security reasons. Therefore, we encourage everyone to download or update the app and enter their card information. As an example of new functionality in the app, you can now use both Apple Pay and Google Pay to pay for charging," says Úlfar Linnet, Director of Consumer and Business Solutions at ON.
