We have immense respect for nature.
We have implemented a procedure for all projects on vegetated land, whereby we remove vegetation to use for finishing work at the construction site or in other disturbed areas.
Land restoration team
In summers, a powerful group of young people works on land restoration and environmental enhancement around our power plants. Among the projects are planting tree seedlings, collecting and distributing seeds, and restoring moss beds.
To restore moss beds, we use a so-called moss mixture consisting of sour milk, water, and moss.
Every year, we plant about 8,000 trees.
