Changing the registration on the electricity contract

Sometimes situations arise where the ID number on an electricity contract needs to be changed, for example due to changes in family circumstances or because of an estate after death.

Single - family home - Moving

Moving into or out of a single family home?

Let us know, and we will take care of setting up a charging station at your new home.
ON experts will send an electrician to assess the situation and provide a quote for the installation.
If you have your own electrician, we can send them the design guidelines.
The installation is paid by the homeowner according to the electrician’s quote, and the charging station will be connected to the same electricity meter as your home.

Apartment buildings - Moving

Are you moving into an apartment building?

Yes - ON already has a charging system there

Additional informations

When the ID number is no longer registered for the meter, the contract with ON will automatically end. You can always expect a final bill, especially if the move happens after the 10th of the month
