ON meets the needs of electric vehicle owners and drives the energy transition

In light of the fact that the authorities have decided to lower VAT on fuel prices at the pump from 24% to 11%, ON intends to lower the price on the general price list of all fast-charging stations around the country.  

With this, ON Power is accommodating EV owners in a similar way to the government's economic measures are intended to do to curb inflation and respond to oil price increases due to conflict in the Persian Gulf. The aim is to reduce the impact of price increases on Icelandic households and businesses. 

ON Power wants to do its part to stem the rise in inflation while at the same time accommodating EV owners and continuing to lead the energy transition, which the company has been at the forefront of driving since its establishment. 

The reduction reflects the government's reduction of VAT on fuel prices and is valid from today until and including 31 August, just like the government's temporary measures  See the updated price list.
