ON Power's policy on data security and privacy is that information must be accurate, accessible, and treated as confidential where applicable. All of ON Power's handling of personal data is subject to laws on privacy and the processing of personal data, as well as regulations established under those laws.

On Power's data security and privacy policy is based on ON Power's values and overall policy, and is presented in accordance with the ownership policy of the ON Power group.
